Polar Beyond

Polar Beyond is a band from Belfast, Northern Ireland who play a style of alternative atmospheric rock. The band consists of Dave Armstrong (vocals/guitar), Sean McGoldrick (guitar), Glenn Porter (bass/keys) and Phil Campbell (drums).

The band were formed in 2009 and are kept busy with gigs, acoustic sets, organizing a music and visual evening in an art studio and busking for charity. Notably, Polar Beyond were featured on BBC Radio and the BBC Northern Ireland news for a filming a live session with Bandwidth Films on the roof of the Europa Hotel in Belfast.

Polar Beyond’s music is inspired by the likes of Icelandic Band Sigur Rós and many alternative rock acts. Inspiration is also taken from a range of local artists and fairly unknown acts from around the UK.
