    My first post!
I'm interested in incorporating a midi device into my guitar playing.
Is there anyone who has bought one that can tell me a bit about it, or is there anybody there who can advise me on what to buy & where to get it?

    Thanks in advance

I enquired about this on a number of occasions and recieved a resounding answer to the extent that It is not worth buying a midi device for a guitar - they are horrifically expensive and notoriously unreliable.

The alternative is buy an actual MIDI guitar, but I can't help on where to get them, sorry.

the Roland GK 22 or whatever it's called is tremendous, i don't have one cos i have no need to but i've played one on that crazy all singing all dancing amp, and they really are quite ingenious. although... are they MIDI???

They are verrryyyy expensive. Tracking's got better since the first lot, but delay's still a problem at times.
Andy Baxter of Riff master has one. I'll talk to him.

Roland make the best midi pickups.
