The Grace will tell you they play rock n roll music. A bit far fetched as it maybe but the difference between most bands and The Grace is that while some bands rock and others roll, The Grace combine the two to sound as rock n roll should sound, or as theyand#146;d force you to believe anyway. They have been together for nearly two years and were brought together by their mutual appreciation for the same type of music and haircuts. Influenced by bands from the sixties like The Who, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones etc and more recently the late 80and#146;s and early 90and#146;s and#147;Britpopand#148; bands they have gigged their way through Belfast. After a gig in December 2003 supporting the and#147;Complete Stone Roses (Tribute band)and#148; and the reaction they received in The Limelight in Belfast they knew their music was meanand#146;t to be heard on a larger scale. This was realised when, after hearing The Graceand#146;s first demo, and better still liking it, they supported and#147;Black Rebel Motorcycle Cluband#148; and played to a sold out gig in the Mandela Hall in Belfast on 12th May 2004
