Biography
John Edgar Voe is the brainchild of Alloy Mental/ Skinflints/ Corrigan frontman Martin J. Corrigan. With John Edgar Voe, Martin gathered together an all star cast of local musicians, including members of Desert Hearts, Cashier No. 9, Three Tales and acclaimed solo artist Robyn G. Shiels to sing songs about women, fighting, jail, death, drinking, God, freedom, larceny and love.
Self proclaimed purveyors of 'Fermanicana', John Edgar Voe's music owes as much to Gram Parsons as it does to Neil Diamond, via Hank Williams and Johnny Cash.
An album, produced by David Holmes, is in the pipeline.
