In summer 2007, Dan Mulligan took his scrapbook of notes and bedroom melodies to a little studio in Belfast. Paying homage to that great Sixties folk icon, he produced a humble document of twelve originals - aptly named Singin' Homemade Music. This lo-fi album is a potent mix of sharp wit and genuine emotion, delivering retro American folk with a post-punk aftertaste.
