Alright chaps. Our band is in dire need of a damn fine drummer, we had to part ways with our last one due to his inability to show up for practice. We're a rock n roll band, influences are the usual Guns N Roses, Thin Lizzy, AC/DC, Rory Gallagher and so on. Anyone interested must have their own gear and transport would be a bonus. Most importantly however is you have got to be able to play and play fucking well in varied styles. No metal heads that double kick all night and play nothing but blast beats, gotta have a bit of a groove.
Were does yous come from and practise? What night and what time? Do yous have a name/ can i hear so of your tunes.
She certainly does not bang the drums. We come from belfast, we will be practising in the Oh Yeah centre in Belfast night and time tbc as i've yet to book it. Send me you're e-mail address and I can e-mail you some instrumental tracks.
No band name as yet either, it's at the bottom of the list.
@ the risk of sounding arrogant, it is possible to have grove with double kick, I'm a perfect example of that type of drummer. Sadly I live an hour from Belfast and don't drive but, can make some kind of arrangement providing you've no desire to get a singer
I think Joye from Slipknot is the best drummer at present in whole world then its from Between the Buried and Me.Try them out.
Slipknot's drummer is probably kinda outside of their budget, but I bet they would need some debt managing if they did get him to play.
Damn, spambots are dumb
Double kicking is grand when used properly to enhance the song not just for the sake of it so we're not anti double kicking just anti double kicking constantly ;-) we do however have every desire to find a singer.
I'm thinking more along the lines of Brian Downey (personal favourite) ;-)

Alright Chris you wanna pm me your e-mail address and I'll throw a few tracks
