    [b:066327aa84]THE CONTINUOUS BATTLE OF ORDER[/b:066327aa84]
Rising from the ashes of Belfast math-rock legends [b:066327aa84]We Are Knives[/b:066327aa84], [b:066327aa84]The Continuous Battle Of Order[/b:066327aa84] are a two-piece with a difference. Drawing as heavily from jazz as from rock, their experimental, mostly instrumental music is aimed at the head and the heart. Thrilling on record, mind-melting in the flesh; they’re one of Northern Ireland’s best live bands.

The latest in a long line of fabulous rock bands on the Richter Collective label, Dublin three-piece Jogging have just released their debut album Minutes and it’s manna for anyone in love with underground American alt.rock. Think of a great lost punk band from the last 20 years and you’ll hear traces of them in Jogging’s incendiary tunes. This show marks their Belfast debut – not to be missed.

    [b:066327aa84]THE CITIES WE CAPTURED[/b:066327aa84]
A lineage has developed in Northern Irish instrumental rock. From pioneers like Tracer AMC through the world-demolishing And So I Watch You From Afar, the new crop is headed by Kasper Rosa and The Cities We Captured. Hailing from the north coast like their friends ASIWYFA, The Cities We Captured’s take on the genre bolstered with molten metal riffs and trippy, shape-shifting arrangements. A band on the up.

TCBOO launch their album PTTRN SKRS in Belfast on May 13th at the Black Box! Joining them are Dublin trio Jogging (marking their Belfast debut) as well as The Cities We Captured.
