I'd advise you putting an actual photograph up on that listing. I found that when i was looking for my SM57 on ebay, most of the ones with generic pictures were fakes and that was the general consensus. I'm not saying yours is fake, i'm saying people may assume it is. A photo you took will help you a ton.

there are a lot of sm58 copies out there aswell which look totally the same but you can tell by the weight and if you take off the head aswell really shoddy soldering etc inside

    What does 'preloved' mean?

Also, you have listed that as 'new' on ebay which isn't true.

Good luck if you can get away with it.
Anyone in the know can get a real 'new' one for that.

Well done for working in a music shop in Gloucester,I prostrate myself at the feet of Ireland's leading used equipment expert.
I presume you were more honest with your customers there?

Anyway, the mic in question is 3 years old, unboxed 'preloved' (haha) and [i:b9f5f4bcb4]used[/i:b9f5f4bcb4].
    Not [i:b9f5f4bcb4]new[/i:b9f5f4bcb4].

    Ask your lawyer.
