In these tough times, it seems unjustifiable to own two American Fender Telecasters, and I feel I must reluctantly part with one or other of these two:
1) Bought new last summer, in white with a black pickguard:
2) Bought secondhand last summer, in blue / green with exciting killswitch thing:
£550 for either. They both come with hard cases. The white one is a really solid guitar, it still feels new.
The blue one has a lot more character with a distinctive sound, and the kill switch is a lot of fun.
I'd consider a part-exchange for drum stuff, or anything much, if anyone likes that sort of thing.
Hey mate, ive 400 pound saved with the intention of building my own tele, yours is the colour and spec id be goin for (the white with blk pic guard), im wondering would there be any chance of dropping the price a bit, say 450 without the case?? Credit crunch and all that. My Email address is email@example.com if your intrested! id prob have the money and be ready to buy 2moro if u were up 4 that. Could u also send some pics of the guitar to the above address.
That blue killswitch one sounds freaking ace, I wish I wasn't in France right now.
whats a killswitch and any more pictures of the blue one
a killswitch cuts all signal so you can have a lot of tom morello style funtimes.

That means nothing to me. :-D
So, what's a killswitch?
a killswitch makes the guitar go silent, the tom morrello funtimes that Mr Martyr refers to is the effect he creates when he switches between the noise and silence, sorta like a ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch type thing.
is that of any help or am I just deluded?
its not hard to understand...kill....switch....
jonny greenwood uses a kill switch, i think tom uses the pickup selector with one pickup turned off...thats what he said in an interview anyways
