John Shelly and the Creatures are a collection of friends all under one roof. It was started by Walter and Phil one day in late December 2006. They were swiftly joined in January 2007 by college friends and since have been picking up talented musicians who are nice enough to play with them for love of the music and just general goings on around.

Freerider should not be listened too while operating heavy machinery..

Having developed a strong fan base through their hardworking, aggressive performances Freerider have forced their way into the Northern Irish Music scene. They play attractive rock songs about the types of life living which can dangerously distract the listener, and regularly draw comparisons to Ronnie Van Zant, Ozzy Osbourne,. This Lizzy, QOTSA, Led Zepplin and the Black Crowes.

All proceeds will be going to the Northern Ireland Hospice and the Railway Preservation Society of Ireland.

Doors will be at 8:00, suggested donation is 3.

Even if you are local to the Ormeau, stick your head in the door for 10 minutes, and pledge half a bean to the tin, we'd appreciate your company.
