When I first saw Desert Hearts they were the most exciting band I'd seen. They were not only the best band in this city but one of the best - regardless of provenance. That was almost ten years ago and today that hasn't changed. Genius.

Agreed, I thought they stole the show tonight. Absolutely towering performance. Can't wait for a new album, if one ever appears.

What a show.

I've never seen Desert Hearts, how were Not Squares? They blew my mind when I watched them, and they were only soundchecking!

Not Squares were pretty great. They could do with reining themselves in a bit (a couple of their tracks go on forever) but they have something pretty special when it all comes together.
