apparently Led Zeppelin are going to have the honour of Robert Plant for their tour late this year or early next year.

Well his recent album is great, whereas I cannot think of any of the Jimmy Page or John Paul Jones albums that are anything to write home about - perhaps this shows the importance of band dynamics as you would expect that after so many years Jimmy Page would have produced dozens more great songs

Mind you, god only knows how much the tickets for Led Zeppelin will be - no doubt, insanely high record setting amounts. I am sure the local papers will now start with the old favorite "Led Zeppelin to play Ulster Hall", or a side piece on "rumours of Led Zeppelin to play at ormeau park, before it is demolished to make way for the Belfast 'Olympic' Gaelic, Rubgeby and Soccer Stadium"

F*ck Led Zeppelin, they're an idiot!

This Xmas I am going to see the Human League, Heaven 17 *AND* ABC!

Doubtless the encore will feature bitter-beetrootfaced-ne'er-do-well Martyn Ware will be chasing Phil Oakey round the stage crying "B@@@@@@@ASTARD!!!!!!"

    Let's all make a bomb!

Yeah, what Feline 1 said, apart from the ABC, Human League and erm, Heaven 17 bit.

Has anyone ever actually written home about an album, I wonder?

Well, the thing is, Ian Craig Marsh out of the Human League/Heaven17 (the one whom Iggy Pop had a crush on) is currently a missing person!
    As is Florian Esleben-Schneider.
So we can only hope the two of them are current holed-up somewhere forming a supergroop and hopefully they'll get Iggy Pop to be their signer and do a FANTASTIC version of "China Girl" where James Osterberg will yell "VISIONS OF SWASTIKKAS IN MY HEAD, and PLANNNNNS FOR EVEREYWANNNN!!!" and Florian Schneider will do this mental ringmodulated flute solo and Ian Craig Marsh will be like "woah!" on his Roland System 100 modular synth in all its 16-step-sequencer glory.

Yes, that is what I would hope for.

    Zep 4 is well evil!
Plus you'd need a heart of stone not to smile at a man holding a Les Paul dressed as a mezmorous in a silk chinese suit waving a violin bow at a theremin.
You'll all be there, so will I.

I gather he tried being a gynaecologist for a while,
but was later done for fraud.
